Our commitment

rsrvi (Tsuaf LLC d/b/a rsrvi) is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

We build with semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, skip-to-content links, and screen-reader-friendly labels, and we consider accessibility as part of our development process.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is continuous work. Some third-party content — for example, host-uploaded photos or embedded payment forms — may not be fully within our control, and we work with our providers to improve it.

Venue accessibility

rsrvi is a marketplace; the physical accessibility of any venue is the responsibility of its host. Listings may include accessibility details, but hosts are responsible for compliance with the ADA and other accessibility laws at their venues.
