This policy supplements the Acceptable Use section of our Terms.

Prohibited events & venue uses

You may not list, book, or use a venue for:

• Any illegal activity, or any event that violates applicable law;
• The sale, manufacture, or use of illegal drugs, or the unlicensed sale of alcohol;
• Weapons or explosives sales or displays, except as permitted by law and licensed;
• Events promoting hate, violence, terrorism, or discrimination against protected groups;
• Sexually exploitative or obscene activity, or any activity involving minors in violation of law;
• Gambling, except as licensed and lawful;
• Events that create unreasonable safety, fire-code, or occupancy risks.

Prohibited conduct

No harassment, threats, violence, fraud, misrepresentation, impersonation, or circumvention of platform fees, security, or the United States-only restriction.

Safety expectations

Hosts are responsible for providing a reasonably safe venue that meets applicable safety, fire, and occupancy codes. Organizers are responsible for the lawful conduct and safety of their attendees and guests.

Reporting

Report unsafe, abusive, or prohibited activity to [email protected] (or the "Report" control on a listing). Include the venue or booking ID where applicable.

Enforcement

We may remove content, cancel bookings, suspend or terminate accounts, and report to authorities where appropriate. Repeat or serious violations result in a permanent ban.
